New OSP Video / News about OSP's Video Skate Camp

I just finished up a new Oromocto Skate Park video, I tried something different this time, opting to make use primarily of slow-motion captures I shot testing out what the new HDR FX1000 is capable of. I had been tampering around with frame rates and seeing what I could get, but when I was able to find the Slow-Motion feature, I was hooked.

I also bumped Saturation levels and white balanced to the bottom of a shoe where a piece of paper wasn't present. I hope this video works for you as much as it's working for me. Also, song is Apocalyptica -Path. Enjoy:::::

YouTube is just great!

So, I came across a video on YouTube of a local kid skateboarding around Fredericton. I'm posting the video underneath, but what is interesting with this video is that the woman in the purple coat watching him is actually my mother! I've never seen anyone I knew in the background of a YouTube video before without having some sort of relationship with the filmer, poster, or subjects, so I thought this was pretty cool!
